TREATMENT CANCELLATIONS AND NO SHOW POLICY
As I am a small business, I do enforce a strict cancellation policy and no-show policy:
Appointments are made in good faith, but please understand that if you forget or cancel at short notice, I am unable to fill that appointment and another patient misses the chance to benefit from treatment.
If you do need to rearrange I need AT LEAST 24 hours’ notice
Other patients who may have requested that same time slot will lose out, because they couldn’t be booked in if that slot has already been taken.
When I have a no-show or late cancellation for an appointment, my business suffers financial loss
I understand and am ok if circumstances change and that may mean you can’t keep your appointment, but PLEASE be respectful and courteous by calling ahead to cancel or reschedule, with as much time as possible.
If appointments are continually cancelled last minute, you will either be asked to pre-pay for future appointments, or will no longer be able to book into Thornton Acupuncture Clinic
At busy periods I may ask for a non-refundable deposit
All of my treatments are performed by appointment only, and this time is allocated just for you.
No Shows or Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged £38
Cancellations with less than 48 hours will be charged 50% unless rescheduled
Gift Certificates become VOID for an appointment that is subsequently cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or for a no-show.
