Yes! Other than removing socks and shoes and rolling trousers up to the knee, your clothes remain untouched. I will also place a blanket over you so both warmth and modesty will be retained.
Generally no. It shouldn’t hurt but you may feel some discomfort if I find an area that is out of balance or congested. The discomfort will only last a short time as I work through the congestion and if necessary I can move on and return to rework the area later in the treatment.
I will ask you about your medical history, lifestyle, current health and some more general information about yourself so that I can build up a holistic view of you in order to adapt the treatment to best meet your needs. Any information given will be kept strictly confidential.
Yes, definitely. Clients with ticklish feet are surprised how Reflexology does not tickle. Firstly I should point out that reflexology is not a gentle ticklish massage, it involves various degrees of pressure and probing certain reflex points – All clients I have treated who have worried about ticklish feet have been able to settle into the treatment without any problems.
Although reflexology is proven to be beneficial for a multitude of problems, I cannot diagnose or claim to cure any disease. Reflexology can help to restore balance and coax your body into healing itself. Reflexology is recommended as a complimentary therapy and should not replace medical treatment. Seek advice from your medical practitioner if in doubt.
The initial appointment is £60, and then subsequent sessions are £55 (45 mins)
